JINLI servo fully automatic sand mold molding machine is a foundry equipment that combines servo control technology with automated processes. Its operating principles can be summarized as follows:
一. Servo Drive System
It uses a servo motor as the power source, and encoder feedback forms a closed-loop control system to achieve high-precision position, speed, and acceleration adjustment. For example, the flask push mechanism is driven by a servo motor, achieving an accuracy of ±1 pulse and a lifespan three times that of traditional hydraulic cylinders.
二、 Sand Injection and Compaction Process
In the sand injection stage: molding sand is injected into the flask at high speed through air suspension or top and bottom injection, ensuring uniform sand distribution without dead spots.
In the compaction stage,:hydraulic servo control or a mechanical compaction mechanism is used to compact the loose sand in the flask under high pressure to form a sand mold of sufficient strength. Some equipment uses a three-layer compaction plate design, combined with a hydraulic expansion and contraction seal to minimize sand powder leakage.
三、 Automated Processes
Mold Demolding and Tilting: Mold demolding is achieved through a front mold ejection mechanism and a tilting and lifting mechanism. A hydraulic servo-controlled tilting cylinder ensures smooth start and stop of the sand box to prevent mold collapse.
Core Setting and Mold Closing: The dual-station design supports simultaneous core setting by multiple personnel, and the extra-wide core setting space allows for complete operation without moving the sand box. Mold closing precision is ensured by the servo system, with tolerances controlled to the millimeter level.
四、Intelligent Control and Monitoring
An integrated remote monitoring system enables real-time diagnosis of equipment status and parameter adjustments.
